SCOOTER/SCOOTS

- I'm four years old and anxiety has led me to have a few indoor accidents so I wasn't welcome anymore. I'm a good boy and I used to live with a little boy who played ball with me. I've a very gentle mouth and love my squeaky ball. They said I was a bit of a ladies dog and may grumble a little at strange men at first but I met Mal on Saturday and was all flipped over on my back for belly rub in no time! Mal told Jan that I was really good on the lead and I did "sit stays" down stays" and didn't move 'til I was told. Jan plays with me in the garden and brushes me to get all the tuftys out but it was great to go out walking.

I was too busy getting to know the new foster place to sit for a photo shoot at first but Jan sneaked this shot of me when I wasn't looking today. Handsome aren't I?

Maggie/Mags

Maggie is a sweet little girl of about 2 years old. She was rescued from death row about 3 months ago but sadly the lady was unable to keep her as Maggie became so attached to her she began not to allow her other 2 dogs near her nor in the same room. She has been assessed by Mark (our trusted trainer) who sees a good dog who just needs to learn her place in the pack. Due to the illness of her owner she wasn't able to fully implement Mark's advice and decided the best thing for Maggie was to find her a new home.

She hasn't been walked on a lead but was very calm about being led into the house today. She is houstrained and lets herself out through the dog door. She sits and waits for her food or to get into the car or go through a doorway. She takes treats ever so gently.

(Inset in photo is also Maggie)

TEX

Hello there! I'm Tex. How do you like my portrait? Mark did it for Daddy Ted while I'm waiting for a new home. I'm a lovely lad and I've been very good after my "man's op" and having a few cysts removed at the same time. I'm all healed up now and fully fit, just gotta wait for my coat to grow back - tell you what its been nice having those cooler patches but I've got to watch I don't burn my skin out in the sunshine. I'm only 1 1/2 and my training has been neglected but I'm willing to learn anything you show me. There's another picture of me with Rosy on the success pages, she was nice was Rosy.

If you think you'd like to be my Mummy or Daddy will you let Daddy Ted know please?

Thanks
Tex x

BLADE

Hello we are the foster carers of BLADE.
He’s a 3 to 4 yrs old entire male with a black and tan medium coat.

Well where do we start? he’s a lovely lad and a pleasure to look after. He loves water play, likes playing with the football also loves playing tug-a-war with his sausage rope. He loves kids of all ages - we have 5 kids ourselves, youngest is 7 now so a family would be very suitable. He enjoys his walks and also learning to go out on the bike which I have found to good effect.

He’s eating well. We are feeding him twice a day - once in the morning and once in the evening. He’s having biscuits with tinned meat.

This handsome chap is here looking for a new owner to take him on so if you like the sound of him then please get in touch – Contacts page headed with BLADE - ADOPT please

Ever loving Blade sends his paws and licks :)
