HelloWe hope you are both keeping well? Jerry & Boston are well, we are still having problems with Shadow and Boston. But we have finally got to the bottom of Jerry's ear problem - he started to limp so when we went to the regular visit to the vets about his ears I mentioned the limp (long story short) we had x-rays and found that he had osteoarthritis in his front elbows one was really bad, so we now have medicine to help which is ok but not wonderful. While he was under the anesthetic the vet gave the old ears the once over and found a load of gunk in both ears too far down to see normally, so he cleaned it out and low and behold he can hear again - wonderfully, and since then the continuous infections have gone (but the itches haven't) but we have found that it is probably an allegy so gone are the multitude of drops and the cream comes out for the top of the ears and it seams to be working so keeping fingers crossed. Both boys are very lovable, but very different with there likes and dislikes Jerry loves being outside with Dave (Platt - as I call him) he follows him every where, even when he is doing the boring stuff in the garage he just lies and watches. I even went out to put a dog bed on the hard garage floor for him because of his bad joints and the cold, he got up, looked at it and lay down at the side - on the cold floor! Jerry knows best! Ha! While Boston likes to be inside under my desk, around my feet or his favorite place is cuddled on my leg while sat on the sofa adn don't forget Shawn in the smallest of space on Boston as close as he can get to me. Sally is still the boss and she puts everyone into place, and Twigg is just happy with everyone, just like Shawn. Anyway got to do my 2 shifts of doggy walking. Speak to you soon.Best WishesDenise & David PlattSally, Boston, Jerry, Shadow
